These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from CBDHEALTHUK. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Customers
CBDHEALTHUK supplies goods to both retail and business customers unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
2. Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
A legally binding contract is only formed when your order has been accepted and dispatched by us.
Order confirmation emails are sent for acknowledgment only and do not represent acceptance of your order.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Manufacturing differences
- Supplier changes
- Packaging updates
- Lighting or screen display variations

4. Pricing

- Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to dispatch.
5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Order Acceptance & Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.

We will not substitute products without your consent.
7. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.

- Weather conditions
- Strikes or industrial action
- External disruptions outside our control
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Customer unavailable
- Refused delivery
- Failure to collect from courier point
We may deduct:
- Return shipping costs
- Original delivery charges
- Redelivery fees (if applicable)
Refunds (if issued) will be processed after any deductions.
9. Returns & Claims
All returns and claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers must report issues within:
- 3 days of delivery for missing or incorrect items
- 7 days maximum for general claims
We may require evidence such as photos or additional details before processing any claim.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBDHEALTHUK shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Loss of data or opportunity
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

We process all personal data in accordance with:

12. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Abuse of services
- Breach of these Terms
- Abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff
13. Stock Availability
Stock levels are updated regularly but are only confirmed at dispatch.
We are not liable for stock shortages occurring between order placement and dispatch.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
