This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed with CBDHEALTHUK are processed, dispatched, and delivered.
All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will usually be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.
2. Dispatch Delays & Peak Times
While we aim for fast and efficient processing, dispatch times may vary during high-volume periods.
Orders placed over weekends or on Mondays may occasionally be dispatched on Tuesday due to order backlog.
Bank holidays may also affect dispatch schedules, with orders processed on the next available working day.
3. Couriers & Tracking
We use trusted UK courier services depending on order size, weight, and destination, including:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately until the parcel has been scanned into the courier network.
4. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer the following delivery services:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 working days
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DPD where applicable): 1–2 working days

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Our standard delivery rates are:
- Standard Delivery: £3.99
- Express Delivery: £5.00
Only available delivery options for your order will be shown at checkout.
In some cases, larger or heavier orders may require specific courier services, which will be reflected at checkout.
6. Free Shipping
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £35.
Free shipping:
- Is automatically applied at checkout when eligible
- Applies to standard delivery services only
- May not be combined with discount codes or promotional offers unless stated otherwise
Where multiple offers are available, the checkout system will apply the most appropriate option.
7. Northern Ireland Delivery
Delivery to Northern Ireland is available at a flat rate of:
- £5.00 (all orders/services)
- Free shipping £35 and up
Delivery times may vary depending on courier routing and service availability.
8. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Occasionally, parcels may be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days after the expected delivery date, we will begin a formal courier investigation.
We cannot issue replacements or refunds until the courier investigation process has been completed.
9. Courier Investigations
If a delivery is disputed or reported as missing, we will open an investigation with the relevant courier.
We are required to follow the outcome of the courier’s investigation when determining next steps, including replacements or refunds.
10. Missing Items or Order Errors
If you believe an item is missing or incorrect, please check all packaging carefully before contacting us.
All missing or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
We may carry out internal checks and courier verification, which can take up to 5 working days.
Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or refund.
11. Shipping Transparency
We aim to keep customers informed throughout the fulfilment process.
However, dispatch updates and tracking information depend on courier systems and external networks, which may occasionally cause delays outside of our control.
