Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) on the same working day. During periods of high order volumes, dispatch may be delayed by up to one additional working day. Please note: delivery timeframes are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.

We do not dispatch on public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on the day before a holiday or weekend will be shipped on the next working day (Monday–Friday).

 

Stock Availability & Inventory Discrepancies

In the rare event of stock shortages or inventory discrepancies, we will aim to notify you within 48 hours of your order being placed. This may take slightly longer during busy periods. Tracking details are sent via email once a shipping label has been printed, which may be prior to the parcel being collected by the courier. Orders are collected twice daily, and tracking will update on the courier's website/app once scanned at the local hub.

 

Monday Dispatch Exception

Due to high weekend order volumes, we cannot guarantee Monday dispatch for all orders. Some may be shipped on Tuesday instead. If a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday, this may affect dispatch timelines for Tuesday as well.

 

Shipping Information

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We ship to mainland UK, non-mainland UK, and Europe, using a variety of trusted third-party couriers. All shipments are sent via tracked services only, as untracked deliveries are not covered under our courier claims process.

Please note: on rare occasions, parcels may be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us promptly, as we are not automatically notified of courier problems.

For disputed deliveries, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. We must accept the final outcome of the courier’s investigation, but we will always aim to work with you toward a fair resolution. If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days past its estimated delivery date, we will contact the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £30. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout and is not eligible to be combined with promotional discount codes. We will select the most cost-effective courier option for your order.

 

Missing Items

If an item appears to be missing from your package, we recommend checking the entire box and packaging material carefully, as smaller items may be tucked inside. Please notify us of any missing items or order errors within 3 days of receiving your order.

If an item is confirmed as missing, we will initiate a full internal investigation, including reviewing warehouse dispatch records and opening a case with the courier. This process may take up to 5 working days. Once concluded, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate
