Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) on the same working day. During periods of high order volumes, dispatch may be delayed by up to one additional working day. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We ship to mainland UK, non-mainland UK, and Europe, using a variety of trusted third-party couriers. All shipments are sent via tracked services only, as untracked deliveries are not covered under our courier claims process.

Please note: on rare occasions, parcels may be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us promptly, as we are not automatically notified of courier problems.

For disputed deliveries, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. We must accept the final outcome of the courier’s investigation, but we will always aim to work with you toward a fair resolution. If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days past its estimated delivery date, we will contact the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Missing Items

If an item appears to be missing from your package, we recommend checking the entire box and packaging material carefully, as smaller items may be tucked inside. Please notify us of any missing items or order errors within 3 days of receiving your order.

If an item is confirmed as missing, we will initiate a full internal investigation, including reviewing warehouse dispatch records and opening a case with the courier. This process may take up to 5 working days. Once concluded, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate
