Inspired by the bright starlight, the FreeMax Starlux 40W Kit is the next generation pod mod with FreeMax's typical full-spectrum lighting design and other signature features. The 1400mAh battery is not just large enough for all-day long vaping can be recharged to ensure even longer lasting enjoyment. Three LED lights signal the power of the battery with three signalling 100-61% to one signalling 0-30% of battery left.

To access full spectrum lighting, press the fire button twice to switch on either the multicolour or unicolour modes which will show colourful lights when vaping to provide a better interactive experience. Another changeable feature is by pushing the slider to the left or to the right, enjoy the choice of experiencing RDL (Restricted Direct to Lung) & DTL (Direct to Lung) vaping of your choosing. Similarly, by pushing the fire button 4 times to turn on/off the button-activated mode that along with the draw activated mode, vapers can enjoy unrivalled flavour and clouds through either one.

Thanks to its 3-Level Constant Output that automatically matches the suitable output voltage based on the inserted coil resistance, the FreeMax Starlux 40W kit takes all the hassle to let vapers just enjoy their experience. With up to 7 safety protection features available ranging from overheating, short circuits or low voltage, the FreeMax Starlux is designed to protect and ensure immersion during vaping.

By taking full advantage of FreeMax's innovative FM Leak-Resistant Tech, the integrated maze chimney on either side of the 2ml Starlux Pod will extend the path of excess e-liquid to flow through it to avoid any potential leaks. Compatible with ST Mesh Coils, the Starlux Pod also makes use of the innovative FM CoilTech 4.0 Technology which with the tea fibre cotton and military grade mesh will bring outstanding performance in making abundant clouds and amazing at 15-40W for RDL (Restricted Direct to Lung) & DTL (Direct to Lung) vaping. Designed to be child resistant and convenient to use as well thanks to its easy to refill top filling system, the bottom of the pod is transparent that allows for ease for monitoring the e-liquid level at any time. With the ergonomically shaped flat 510 drip tip to fit the lips of any user, it can also be replaced with any shape to suit one's personal preference.

OUR RETURN PROCESS

To open a return, please contact us via email at support@cbdhealthuk.co.uk or you can call us in business hours Monday to Friday, alternatively you can use the live chat feature on our website and we will endeavour to get right back to you.
We will then review your return request for approval and send you instructions for return.
Once the returned item(s) has been received, our team will process the return and provide a resolution. Please allow up to 5 working days for the return to be processed.

 

WARRANTY

We provide a 90-day warranty for all electronical goods from the date of purchase. Our product warranty provides cover for mechanical and electrical breakdown, but will be limited to 90 days and will not cover cosmetic damage, general wear or accidental/liquid damage.

Your warranty does not cover faults caused by accident or misuse.

If there is any visible outer damage or signs of misuse, then your warranty will be voided for these products.

If your product has exceeded our 90-day warranty, we would advise you to contact the manufacturer directly, as the majority of electrical products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

In the event that you have received a faulty item, you must notify us within 30 days of the goods being received. If you inform us of the faults after the 30 day period, then we are unable to accept returns.

All Disposable Vapes have a 30 days no quibble returns policy if the item is faulty. (please contact us and we will endeavour to replace / refund the item)

 

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you purchased, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned products must be sealed, in their original packaging, and unopened. Please note that any return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and any refund issued will exclude any shipping fees originally paid.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of e-liquids if their seals have been opened.

 

MISSING ITEMS 

Should you notice missing items from your order, we would highly recommend checking the full order once again and to inspect all corners of the box and packaging material used. Missing items are often found within the original package.

We must be notified within 3 days of receipt regarding any order errors or shortages.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that you have received items that have been damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible. We will advise you of the next steps, as your goods may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team. If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to provide a partial refund based on our assessment.

Should there be signs of cosmetic or accidental damage, then we may refuse the return and send the item back to you. You the buyer are responsible for any damages incurred during transit due to inappropriate packaging. We would advise taking photographs prior to sending the return.

We do not accept returns for clearance products and our warranty does not apply to these items.

Where appropriate, we will attempt repairs to faulty products which can then be re-sent. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement or refund. It may take up to 7 days to inspect the product and come to a resolution.

Should the product be deemed non-faulty after testing, we reserve the right to re-send the product in its original condition.
